Business Manager

The Business Manager will assist in the day-to-day sales functions and general operations of Choice Creative Solutions (CCS). This includes managing sales inventory, assisting with billing, developing reports, and project monitoring. This role will provide guidance, support, and proactive solutions to drive value and satisfaction.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Cash Flow Management: Manage client invoicing, payment processing, and collections for CCS. Work to forecast future expenses and sales. Create contracts and obtain appropriate signatures of clients before work begins. Maintain up-to- date and accurate client records. Perform invoicing and budget reconciliation across CCS client projects.

• Performance Reporting: Track and analyze key performance metrics related to client satisfaction, retention, and usage. Develop client reports including process improvements to better facilitate the reporting process. Prepare regular reports and presentations for internal stakeholders on client success initiatives and outcomes.

• Client Management: Identify and mitigate risks to client satisfaction and retention. Address any issues or challenges promptly and effectively to maintain client trust and confidence. Gather feedback from clients and communicate insights to internal teams for product improvement and innovation.

• Client Success Excellence: Act as a logistics coordinator for Choice Weather Network and other network/partnerships that CCS owns. Oversee partnership opportunities with various vendors, as it relates to available sales inventory. Assist in the development of promotional strategies to meet sales goals.

Who We’re Looking For:

• 3-5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or previous experience in bookkeeping is preferred.
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft excel.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and accuracy in bookkeeping to ensure financial records are correct.
• A high school education or GED
