$35.00/hr - $50.00/hr
We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Business Operations Manager for a global B2B high-tech company. This role will work behind the scenes to understand the business strategy, philosophy, and requirements while advising and collaborating on key decisions around organizational design, workforce planning, customized Surf platform design, and data reporting.

This is a 5 month project (extensions possible), 40 hour per role. Remote in the US.

This is a w2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions’ employee, health benefits and 401K offered.

Responsibilities

  • This role serves as a key liaison and advisor in translating long term strategy and organizational principles into comprehensive project and design plans, ensuring scalability and identifying potential areas of concern for Employee Relations leadership.
  • The ideal candidate is passionate about creating outstanding employee experiences, driving graceful but strategic change, and bringing the operational rigor to make excellence happen.
  • Understands the overall business direction and impact of people's decisions in order to influence the right business choices to fulfill business objectives.
  • Contributes to the development and delivery of the Employee Relations function business plans, and contributes to the scoping of key initiatives in furtherance of those plans.
  • Contributes to business growth by applying a long-term vision and translating business needs to strategic people needs across the talent, leadership development, change and culture agenda.

Requirement

  • Experience and expertise in Employee Relations, including experience with performance management and investigations; 4+ years
  • Experience working with the ServiceNow platform; 1+ years
  • Experience and expertise working with data, including experience with reporting out data to executive level leadership 
  • Ability to excel at all levels of the HR “stack” - strategic, operational, and tactical
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, including problem solving, collaboration and relationship building
  • Ability to thrive in an unstructured environment and work independently in an ambiguous, high growth, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage multiple complex issues and prioritize projects concurrently
  • Credibility and integrity in communications to ensure information flows both upward and downward
  • Able to strike the right balance between maintaining strong trust-based relationships while holding people accountable at all levels
