The Flexport Talent team’s mission is to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes by creating an inclusive, engaging experience for all candidates and employees alike. We identify and attract the world’s top talent while embracing change and a rapidly evolving business. Together, we make global commerce so easy there will be more of it.

We’re looking for a Recruiter to support our growth across the business, helping us deliver top talent and lead strategic searches for our Operations, Sales, Finance, People, and Legal departments across North America. You’ll bring a robust knowledge of best practices and a comprehensive understanding of the complex nature of these roles, source and assess profiles to build pipelines and forge strong partnerships with your internal hiring teams. You Will:

• Run full recruiting cycle for a variety of positions across departments including Finance, Operations, Legal, Sales, and People
• Source and identify passive candidates while tracking data to ensure you’re investing in sources with the highest ROI
• Partner closely with our Recruiting and Hiring Leaders to ensure we attract, assess, and close the best of the best
• Regularly over-communicate information such as candidate pipelines, recruiting funnel metrics, and performance data to internal stakeholders
• Build trusted candidate relationships, and drive offer approvals, extensions, and negotiations
• Help build the Flexport Talent Team Brand
  
  

You Should Have:

• BA/BS Degree with 5+ years of experience in full-cycle Recruiting at a fast-growing company
• Relationship Management; your fans include Candidates, Interviewers, and Hiring Leaders
• Drive for results; you bring the drive to see processes through end-to-end and ensure you deliver top talent every time; Data and metrics are motivators
• Hustle; the success of our company depends on our ability to find, assess, and woo the best of the best
• Humility; no task is too big or too small
• Positivity and a growth mindset; we work hard and we’re having a blast doing it

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range displayed, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and / or training.

The US base salary range for this position: (exclusive of bonus, equity and benefits.) $92,400 - $115,500 USD
