WHO YOU ARE
The Business Solutions Administrator promotes enterprise operational excellence by working to optimize Healthy Alliance's business solutions through the execution of the business solutions roadmap and delivery of exceptional customer service.
Requirements
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the effectiveness of business solutions.
Serve as a subject-matter expert with maintained knowledge of configuration, technical requirements, and functional capabilities of all business solutions.
Act as the system administrator for business solutions, responsible for user reconciliation, managing roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows and groups, settings, and configurations beyond end-user abilities.
Build and manage dashboards, layouts, reports, user groups and permission sets, process automation, application integrations, and other configurable parts of applications.
Ensure quality of business solutions through proper testing and identifying and addressing issues as they arise.
Monitor appropriate use of business solutions and address and/or escalate issues to appropriate stakeholders.
Work in collaboration with business solution vendors to address issues and manage enhancement requests.
Prepare and/or support the development of process, procedure, and standard work instruction documentation for business solutions in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
Maintain detailed awareness of planned releases of all business solutions, including learning, testing, and analyzing impacts of new and/or changed functionality and developing recommendations for their use.
Educate end-users on all business solution releases.
Audit activity and workflows on a regular cadence and report results to necessary stakeholders.
Support day-to-day operations through high-quality customer service while responding to inquiries.
Support development and upkeep of training and reference materials.
Support training activities, including coordination of training sessions, managing attendance, and providing user training on business solutions.
Develop, maintain, and disseminate internal and external configuration documentation, including status updates related to configuration updates and changes.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED
Education
Bachelor’s degree in a related field required. Equivalent work experience in a related field may be considered in lieu of degree requirements.
Continued education certification in a related field a plus.
Professional Work Experience
1-3 years of experience in business solutions, systems administration, and/or analysis required.
Experience with business solutions, including but not limited to the following, preferred skills:
Customer relationship management (CRM) platforms
Project management tools
E-signature and contracting tools
Referral platforms
Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
Electronic Health Records/Case Management Systems
Revenue Cycle Management systems
Cloud-based vendor licensed products
Flowchart and diagramming applications (Lucid Chart/Visio)
Experience in health care or social care service industries a plus.
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint).
Strong computer literacy with the ability to quickly learn new products.
