Summary Of Position

We are seeking remote customer service representatives who are dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences daily. This role involves making outbound calls, utilizing provided tools to document interactions accurately, and upholding our commitment to integrity and customer satisfaction.

Job Duties

Typing and data entry

Upselling products and services

Scheduling appointments

Maintaining knowledge of campaign offerings

Required Skills

Minimum 1 year of call center experience with automated dialers and scripting

Professional and friendly phone demeanor

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Excellent attendance and punctuality record

Sales Experience Preferred

High School diploma or equivalent

Basic computer literacy

Experience in outbound environments

Work-At-Home Requirements

PC/Laptop with Windows 10 (no Apple/Mac products, Chromebooks, or tablets)

Hard-wired high-speed internet connection (ethernet)

USB-connected headset

Webcam

Quiet and distraction-free workspace
