The pay for this role is $16.78/hour. This position operates from8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday - Friday.

Job Duties/Responsibilities

- Coordinates incoming/outgoing materials with outside farms- provide manifest info, schedules intake
- Coordinates any pick-up or delivery of materials with delivery manager with packaging manager
- Provides office with invoices for checks to be issued
- Coordinates pesticide testing of all incoming materials
- Tracks and records all biomass and concentrate through all processing steps
- Performs all conversions in Traceability from feedstock to hydrocarbon, monitors inventory levels in
- Coordinates testing of intermediate product to prep for sale including potency, micro, and pesticide
- Notifies processing customers when final product is going out for testing
- Invoices processing customers accordingly to include all fees associated: processing, testing, etc..

- Manifests and transfers outgoing bulk completed product, or coordinate pick up if applicable
- Creates and sends out weekly Dabstract Sales projections
- Performs daily compliance checks and weekly traceability audits to ensure all product in the lab remains
- Cleans and organize the office daily and assists is the general housekeeping of the lab
- Communicate with sales reps on customer feedback and reports information to Laboratory Director
- Receives and communicates instructions, job assignments and updates verbally and non-verbally from
communication.
- Assists with Research Development projects as assigned. Performs all other duties/responsibilities as
Job Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must meet the minimum qualifications listed below. These
qualifications are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required to perform this job.
- Must be at least 21 years old
- a High School Diploma or a General Education Degree
- 2 – 5 years of administrative experience with increasing responsibility
- Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Offices products (i.e. Word and Excel)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Regularly sit or stand for long periods (approx. 8 hours) of time doing repetitive tasks with hands
