Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Captain/Server at Buddha-Bar New York in New York, NY. The Captain/Server will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a positive dining experience for guests. The role also involves collaborating with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Previous experience as a server or captain in a high-volume restaurant
Strong knowledge of food and beverage offerings
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Ability to provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints
