Description

Responsibilities
Oversee and manage company's financial operations and guide financial decisions by applying company policies, government regulations, and accounting theory
Implement and oversee various financial systems, processes, tools and control systems
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Oversee the preparation and communication of weekly, monthly and annual financial statements
Manage the budgeting process and monitor departmental budgets
Oversee the capital structure of the company, determine financing and manage treasury
Work alongside other C-level team members and become a vital part of company's overall strategy
Requirements
Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required, a master's degree or CPA is preferred.
Must have proven experience in a CFO or similar leadership role within a finance department
Proficiency in the use of 3M and other relevant accounting software systems
Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is a requirement
Should demonstrate a deep understanding of CapEx
Proficiency in accounting functions including auditing, budget processes, and capital management
Must have a strong background in cash flow analysis
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
Experience in using CRM for client management is necessary
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Must have a strong ethical code and respect confidentiality
