We're based in sunny Tampa Bay, Florida, and we're all about comfy bedding. For over eight years, we've been making high-quality sheet sets at affordable prices.

Our team of about 35 people comes from all over - the Philippines, Europe, Mexico, and the USA. We're big on talking things out and always learning.

Right now, we need an Amazon PPC expert. We spend about $2 million a month on ads, so this role is super important for getting our name out there. We want someone who's great with PPC and knows their way around Amazon.

The company is looking for a PPC Manager to effectively manage and optimize online advertising campaigns, drive targeted traffic, and maximize ROI.

In this role, you will:

📊 Increase PPC sales while meeting given ACOS targets

🛠️ Assist with developing advertising strategy

🚀 Scale existing PPC campaigns effectively

🆕 Launch new campaigns for introducing new products

⏰ Working Hours: This is a full-time position and you need to be available to work until 9 pm CEST/10 pm EEST.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you need to have:

✅ Prior experience and proficiency in Amazon PPC advertising is crucial.

✅ Strong background in PPC advertising across various platforms, including Meta (Facebook) and Google.

✅ Ability to pay meticulous attention to detail in managing campaigns and analyzing data.

✅ Strong aptitude for data analysis to optimize campaign performance and ROI.

✅ Demonstrated intelligence and quick thinking, with the ability to adapt to changing strategies and market conditions.

✅ Excellent communication skills

✅ Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

The ideal candidate?

Well, here's the deal: we've already got two PPC people, one in the Philippines and another in Finland. But we need one more - and not just any PPC person.

We're after a real PPC wizard, someone who's top-notch in everything PPC-related. Someone who's not afraid to jump in and lend a hand, and who's willing to share their expertise with the rest of the team.

You need to be able to hit the ground running and make things happen right away.

We need someone who can handle numbers and data like a pro. And when it comes to problem-solving, we need someone who's up for the challenge. Someone who can think on their feet and come up with solutions on the spot, while explaining things clearly and keeping everyone in the loop.
