You will be instrumental in researching, synthesizing, tailoring, and shaping the sorbents for carbon dioxide removal technology. This role will bridge the gap between academia and industry, contributing to a sustainable future.
Responsibilities:
Conduct research to advance CO2 sorbent materials
Design, plan, and execute experiments for synthesizing and shaping sorbents, ensuring high-quality data collection and meticulous analysis.
Develop and validate proof-of-concepts, optimizing CO2 capture systems and technology.
Collaborate with the team to address interdisciplinary challenges spanning various fields.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in the CDR space.
Contribute to technical documentation, patent applications, and presentations for internal and external audiences.
Requirements:
Masters or PhD in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field.
Professional or research experience in synthetic chemistry and materials characterization.
Strong interest in experimental design, execution, and data analysis.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Creative, curious, and proactive.
