What You'll Do
Craft Pioneering Compliance Policies: You'll design and implement cutting-edge AML, sanctions, and consumer protection compliance policies tailored specifically for the unique and evolving challenges within the blockchain and fintech sectors. Your innovative approach will set industry standards and ensure robust regulatory adherence.
Navigate Financial Risks: Lead the charge in identifying, assessing, and mitigating financial risks inherent in the blockchain and fintech spaces. Your strategic foresight will safeguard our operations, enabling us to thrive amidst uncertainty and maintain a competitive edge.
Spearhead Risk Management: Take the helm of our enterprise risk function, designing and implementing comprehensive risk management frameworks that address the complexities of blockchain and fintech operations. Your leadership will be pivotal in driving our strategic risk initiatives.
Cultivate a Compliance Culture: Foster a culture of compliance across the organization by providing expert guidance and mentorship to team members. Your leadership will inspire a proactive approach to risk management and regulatory adherence, ensuring our team remains vigilant and informed.

About You
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
Extensive experience in compliance and enterprise risk management within the blockchain and/or fintech sectors.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to build and scale high-performing teams.
In-depth knowledge of global financial compliance regulations (AML, KYC, CTF, GDPR) and best practices.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decision-making.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a high degree of ambiguity in a nascent industry.
