Position Overview:

In the role of CEO & Executive Coach with our client, you will guide C-suite executives and VPs, enhancing their strategic thinking and leadership abilities. Through a customized and flexible coaching framework, you will deliver personalized advice, helping top executives refine their skills for substantial business impact.


Key Qualifications:

  • Executive Leadership: Proven experience (minimum 6+ years) in C-Suite roles (e.g., CEO, CTO, CFO) particularly within sectors like technology, healthcare, or financial services.
  • Strategic Acumen: Excellent ability to formulate and communicate complex strategies, fostering high-level partnerships and collaborations.
  • Industry Expertise: Deep knowledge of the specific challenges and opportunities in your sector, facilitating insightful and effective guidance.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Competence in addressing and solving intricate business issues with innovative solutions.


Desirable Qualifications:
