Chief Financial Officer

BCS Finance is partnering with a PE Backed Environmental Service company in South Jersey that is seeking a CFO. The company has just taken on private equity and is looking for a candidate with previous PE experience who has led a company through an exit, preferably in a buy-and-build scenario

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time, insightful, and actionable analysis of financial and operational data. Serve as the financial business partner to the CEO and executive management team in driving high performance across all functions
• Implement best-in-class financial teams and practices, including assisting with implementing a new ERP, standardization of ERP systems and digitization of processes across multiple entities and new bolt-on acquisitions.
• Improve FP&A and forecasting capabilities through design and development of business intelligence practices (e.g., 13-week cash flow forecast, 3-statement modeling, Tableau).
• Provide financial support to M&A activity, including playing a key role in due diligence and integration.

Qualifications

• Previous PE-Backed company experience as either VP Finance or CFO
• Experience leading a company from cash to accrual basis
• Led or been heavily involved in an exit
• ERP Implementation experience
• Must live in South Jersey or the Greater Philadelphia area
