You'll play a pivotal role in securing the capital needed to launch their groundbreaking technology and propel them towards market dominance.

What You'll Do:

• Lead all aspects of financial strategy, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling.
• Spearheading fundraising efforts, crafting compelling investor presentations, and securing capital through venture capitalists, angel investors, and other funding sources.
• Cultivate and manage investor relationships, fostering long-term partnerships and keeping stakeholders informed.
• Oversee tax planning and financial reporting compliance.
• Partner with the CEO and legal team to navigate the complexities of a tech startup launch.
• Develop and implement robust financial controls and internal processes.
• Identify and secure the most suitable investors through collaboration with investment banking relationships.

Who You Are:

• A seasoned finance professional with a proven track record as a CFO, preferably in a high-growth tech startup environment.
• Proven success in securing funding for early-stage companies, with a strong understanding of venture capital and angel investor landscapes.
• In-depth knowledge of financial modelling, forecasting, and budgeting principles.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to captivate investors and translate complex financial information into compelling narratives.
• A strategic thinker with a collaborative approach, fostering a strong working relationship with the CEO, legal team, and other stakeholders.
