We are seeking a strategic, detail-oriented, and highly organized Chief of Staff to support our Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and executive team. The Chief of Staff will play a critical role in driving the strategic initiatives of MEI Group USA, ensuring effective communication, and facilitating the execution of key projects. This position requires a dynamic leader who can manage multiple priorities, oversee complex projects, and serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and senior leadership.


Responsibilities:


  • Assist the executive team in developing and implementing company strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Lead and oversee strategic projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Prepare executive-level communications, including presentations, reports, and briefings for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Organize and manage executive meetings, including agenda setting, minute taking, and follow-up on action items.
  • Facilitate collaboration and communication across departments to ensure alignment and successful execution of initiatives.
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and key stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring clear communication.
  • Provide research, analysis, and recommendations to support executive decision-making processes.
  • Undertake special projects and assignments as directed by the CEO and founder, often requiring quick turnaround and high-level execution.
  • Assist in the development and execution of crisis management plans, ensuring the organization is prepared to respond effectively to unexpected challenges.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (10 years minimum) in a leadership or strategic support role, such as Chief of Staff, executive assistant, or project manager.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with a proven track record of driving strategic initiatives and process improvements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality, with the ability to handle sensitive information appropriately.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
  • Experience in the technology, automotive, or finance industries is a plus.
