We are seeking a seasoned COO for our multi-unit Restaurant franchisee. This is a unique opportunity to join an innovative, growth-oriented organization and shape the future of our brand. The successful candidate will oversee the operations of multiple restaurant units within a specific region, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service and meeting or exceeding financial objectives. Job Details

Qualifications

• A minimum of 10+ years of experience in multi-unit management within the QSR industry.
• Proven experience in managing and growing a franchisee operation.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Excellent understanding of business operations, financial management, and marketing strategies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
• Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting performance metrics and financial data.
• Ability to travel regularly within the region to visit restaurant locations.
• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
