  • Create a comprehensive technology strategy to drive innovation, enhance productivity, and improve customer service.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to prioritize technology investments and projects.

Technology Governance And Data Strategy

  • Establish and oversee a technology governance structure to support internal stakeholders and supervise third-party providers.
  • Implement and manage the organization's data strategy in coordination with relevant stakeholders to ensure effective data management.

Team Building And Partnerships

  • Build and maintain an organizational structure that fulfills the organization's information needs.
  • Cultivate strategic partnerships with external vendors and consultants to strengthen internal capabilities and mitigate risks.

Innovation And Digital Transformation

  • Cultivate a culture of innovation by promoting the adoption of new technologies and digital solutions.
  • Lead digital transformation initiatives to modernize business processes and enhance the customer experience.
  • Advocate for the utilization of data analytics, AI, and machine learning to drive data-driven decision-making.

Systems Architecture And Compliance

  • Develop and uphold systems architecture standards for data exchange, communication, and software interconnectivity.
  • Ensure compliance with technology-related standards and implement policies to safeguard IT assets and uphold information security and privacy.

Budget Oversight And Management

  • Manage operating and capital budgets for technology systems operations.
  • Apply extensive knowledge of business principles, administration, and management within the IT industry.

Qualifications And Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred.
  • At least 15 years of progressive experience in managing information systems and workflows, with a focus on IT management.
  • Experience with both in-house and outsourced systems across various hardware platforms.
  • Exposure to the insurance industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Strong negotiation skills with vendors and service providers.
