Base pay range

$1,500 Hiring incentive paid after 100 days of employment.
Our competitive Teacher salaries range from $23.00 to $28.06 per hour. Salary is determined by your level of education and experience in Early Childhood Education or a related field.

- Create and lead activities based on your observations of the children’s interests and needs.
- Communicate daily with parents. Document and share the important milestones in their child’s day.
- Keep the classroom safe and clean by following important procedures and guidelines.
Candidates must pass required state and company background checks, and meet state and company minimum education and experience requirements:
Education Requirements:
- At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED required
- Child Psychology, with 12 credits specific to Early Childhood
- Child Development, with 12 credits specific to Early Childhood
- General Education, with 12 credits specific to Early Childhood
- Early Childhood Bachelor's or Master's Degree
- Elementary Education Bachelor's or Master's Degree
- N-6 Elementary Education
- Special Education, Students with Disabilities (B-2) or Students with Disabilities (1-6) OR NYS Certifications in the areas below are acceptable:
- Nursery – 6th Grade
- Early Childhood (Birth – 2nd Grade)
- Childhood Education (Grades 1-6)
- Special Education-N-12th Grade
- Students with Disabilities Birth – 2nd Grade
- Students with Disabilities 1st-6th Grade
- Pre-K – 2nd Grade
Compensation Range: $23.00-$28.06

Actual compensation offers will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.
