Project Manager/Senior Project Manager - Residential Land Development.

Are you a dedicated and experienced engineer with a passion for stormwater planning and design? We are an established engineering firm seeking a Senior Project Engineer (Stormwater) to play a key role in providing exceptional stormwater solutions for our clients, both internal and external.


The firm has developed an excellent reputation for Civil Engineering projects across Mixed-use, Large-Scale Residential, Community Planning, and Industrial Site Design. They are looking for a Technical Project Manager to guide their Stormwater.


Position Overview: As a Senior Project Engineer (Stormwater), your primary responsibility will be to deliver high-quality stormwater planning and design services throughout the project lifecycle. From project conception and due diligence to design and regulatory permitting, you will ensure that our stormwater systems meet or exceed regulatory standards and are cost-effective to construct.


Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize in-depth knowledge of watershed hydrology and stormwater hydraulics.

• Proficiency with multiple watershed modeling software tools.

• Review and understand regional stormwater models for project basins.

• Collaborate on various project types, including Private and Residential projects locally in the Tampa Bay area.

• Build strong relationships with regulatory authorities involved in stormwater permitting. • Collaborate effectively with internal team members, exhibiting strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

PE License a must, or ability to obtain within 6 months.


Stormwater Design Responsibilities

• Ensure modeling and reports are completed as per project schedule.

• Prepare and submit stormwater reports and regulatory packages on time.

• Review and respond to agency comments promptly.

• Deliver stormwater design components within budget.

• Assist in preparing project budgets and budget breakdowns.

• Stormwater Analysis/Design Quality
