The Oak Ridge Conference Center in Oak Ridge, TN, is nearing completion. With its contemporary architecture featuring aluminum composite panels and custom wood slat walls, the Oak Ridge Conference Center's expansive windows and suspended acoustic ceilings create versatile spaces for a wide range of activities, from after-school programs to networking events. Check out highlights from our ribbon-cutting ceremony for the Pedro Albizu Campos Apartments! This milestone reflects our commitment to affordable housing in Chicago and whose name honors the influential Puerto Rican leader. Thanks to Senator Dick Durbin, the Chicago Department of Housing, Alderperson Jessie Fuentes, the Chicago Housing Authority, and our Path Construction Central team for their support!

Here’s the latest on our #ProjectProgress at WoodSpring Suites in Charlotte, NC! This week, we’re focused on completing water tap work and installing fire alarm panels, among other tasks. A huge thank you to our incredible team at Path Northeast for their dedication and hard work in bringing this project to life! Stay tuned for more updates as hotel project nears completion.

Our fall career fair tour continued this morning at Purdue University's Construction Management and Technology Career Fair! In August, Path Construction proudly celebrated the groundbreaking ceremony for one of our affordable housing projects, 1237 N. California Ave in Chicago, right across from Humboldt Park. This new building provides families access to safe, affordable housing, making a meaningful impact in the community.
