Cohen Law Group is a well-established law firm based in Maitland, Florida, specializingin first-party insurance claims with a primary focus on property damage. With ourcontinued growth we are expanding into Colorado, and are looking to bring on top-tierlegal talent to join our new Denver office.

We are looking for a fast paced, attorney barred in Colorado to join our team. Our Idealcandidate will have 3-5 years experience in property damage claims, and stronganalytical and problem-solving abilities. Our firm offers an innovative quarterly and yearly bonus structure, collaborative working environment, and opportunities foradvancement.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in first-party property insurance claims
• Handle all aspects of litigation, from initial consultation through trial orsettlement
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations
• Provide expert legal advice and develop case strategies
  
  

Requirements:

• Must be based within commuting distance of Denver, Colorado
• Active member of the Colorado Bar
• Proven experience in handling first-party property insurance claims
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must pass a background check
• Must provide 3 references
