JTG is currently seeking Cleared/Clearable Arabic Simultaneous Interpreters
Location: Reston, VA
Status: Freelance, as needed
This position is contingent upon contract award.
Responsibilities
Provide translation, interpreting, and transcription services in support of Commissions hearings and interviews held at US Naval Station
Convey colloquial, idiomatic, and formal discourse through simultaneous interpreting
Translate general and technical legal materials
Transcribe English audio/video discovery materials
Basic Qualifications
U.S. citizenship and willingness to obtain TS/SCI clearance
Available for travel for 4-10 weeks at a time
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in legal/court environment and terminology
Tested at ILR 4 in listening, reading, writing, and speaking
Current TS/SCI clearance
This position reports to the Program Manager.
