Base pay range

$20.00/hr - $25.00/hr
Job Title: Clinical - Care Navigator/Service Care Coordinator

Location: Remote | El paso, TX

Duration: 12 months

Shift: Hours of operation are 8-6:30 CST pm. We have 4 different shifts: 8:30-5, 9-5:30, 9:30-6, 10:-6:30

Lunch break: 1 hour during training, once assigned shift 30 minutes & 2 15-minute breaks

Pay rate: $20.00-25.00/hr

Day-to-day Responsibilities

These positions work in a Call Center setting where the contractors are on a phone queue

Inbound call center, assist and educate Medicaid members on benefits and Services such as PCP Changes, ID Cards and Coordinate transportation and other services.

Required Skills

Call Center, Medical Background, Working with the Aging, Blind and Disabled Population
