Title: Clinical Dietitian

Location: Norman, Oklahoma, United States

Role: Part-time and Full Time openings available

Requirements:

• Registration with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and an Oklahoma State license. (Must achieve registration within the first 6 months of eligibility or hire date.) - Required
• Must obtain a food handler's permit from the Cleveland County Health Department before hire (or within one week of hire). - Required
• Six months of clinical experience in an acute care facility - Preferred.
• Knowledge for use of different formula's when assessing patient's nutritional needs; Completion of general and patient care orientation is required prior to providing patient care. - Required

$1,000 SIGN-ON BONUS

Salary Range: $22.88/hour - $37.37/hour (based on education and experience)

Job Duties:

The Clinical Dietitian's job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Manages and coordinates the activities of the Food & Nutrition Services department at all locations in order to ensure quality services. This includes patient services, retail services, catering services and in-patient clinical services for the health system.
• Serves as subject matter expert and coordinates process improvement projects.
• Leads teams and establishes deliverables to provide innovative culinary solutions.
• Specializes in the planning, management and execution of patient centered projects.
• Responsible for assisting Director with implementation of and recommendations for strategies to meet health system strategic plan and be consistent with the health system's mission, vision and values.
