In this entry-level position, you will be involved in various routine tasks with general supervision, as well as more detailed instructions for new assignments. Your responsibilities will include tracking and preparing study-specific information using databases, spreadsheets, and other tools. You may assist in the development of documents for site binders and participate in the quality assurance review of data and documents under close supervision.
You will arrange meeting logistics, draft meeting agendas, and help in preparing meeting minutes. Interaction with other departments may be necessary to complete assigned tasks. You will also assist in filing documents in both paper and electronic formats in the Trial Master File (TMF).
Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Knowledge of FDA and/or EMEA Regulations, ICH Guidelines, GCPs is a plus
Familiarity with standard clinical operating procedures is desirable
