Role Overview
We seek a visionary and driven co-founder with a strong generalist marketing/sales/business dev/partnerships background to join our team at iRocket AI. As the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our company, driving growth, and ensuring the successful execution of our vision. You will lead the rebranding efforts, develop and implement go-to-market strategies, create compelling ad campaigns, and drive customer acquisition specifically targeting college students.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the founding team to refine and execute the company's vision and strategy.
Lead the rebranding efforts to position iRocket AI as the ultimate AI tool for college students.
Develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies.
Create and manage ad campaigns across various platforms to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
Develop and execute customer acquisition strategies specifically targeting college students.
Build and nurture relationships with educational institutions, partners, and stakeholders.
Oversee marketing budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation.
Foster a positive and innovative company culture that aligns with our values and mission.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a senior marketing role within a startup or high-growth company.
Strong background in the education technology sector or related fields.
Expertise in brand development, go-to-market strategies, and digital marketing.
Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Passion for AI and a deep understanding of its potential applications in education.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Experience in leading successful rebranding initiatives.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
Strong network within the education and tech ecosystems.
Experience in fundraising and investor relations is a plus.
Current State Of The Company
iRocket AI is pre-revenue and currently has no users.
The software is built and proven, ready for market launch.
The team consists of two founders (CEO and CTO) and five contractors.
Current rebranding is also complete.
Compensation
This is an equity-only position to start, with a generous profit share for someone who wants to run point on a nearly turnkey company.
