With a commitment to creativity, quality, and authenticity, we're seeking a talented Communications Manager to help drive our brand's narrative and outreach efforts.


As the Communications Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic communication plans to enhance brand awareness, engage with key stakeholders, and drive positive public perception of our brand. Reporting to the Director of Communications, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's voice across various channels, including traditional media, digital platforms, and internal communications.

Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive communication strategies aligned with the brand's objectives and target audience demographics.

Media Relations: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure press coverage and feature opportunities.

Content Creation: Produce compelling written and visual content for press releases, pitches, social media, website, and other communication channels.

Brand Messaging: Ensure consistency and coherence in brand messaging across all communication materials and platforms.

Crisis Management: Develop crisis communication protocols and serve as the primary point of contact for managing media inquiries and addressing potential issues.

Event Management: Coordinate press events, product launches, and other promotional activities to generate buzz and increase brand visibility.

Internal Communication: Facilitate effective communication within the organization by creating newsletters, memos, and other internal communications materials.

Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze communication metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for optimization. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Creative, Sales, and Product Development to align communication efforts with overall business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in communications, public relations, or related roles, preferably within the lifestyle or consumer goods industry.
