Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Community Association Manager. The Community Association Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing multiple community associations, including financial management, vendor management, compliance, and maintenance. This is a hybrid role, with the manager based in Bellevue, WA, but allowing for some remote work.
Qualifications
Experience in community association management
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of financial management and budgeting
Ability to work independently and remotely
Proficient in property management software
Experience with vendor relationship management
Certification in community association management is a plus
Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
