Role Description

This is a full-time role as a Community (HOA) Association Manager. The Community Association Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of community associations, including overseeing operations, coordinating community events and activities, managing finances, and addressing resident concerns. This role is primarily located in Mesa, AZ with communities located throughout the Valley.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with community members and stakeholders
• Experience in community engagement and facilitating communication between residents and association boards
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to address resident concerns and provide timely resolutions
• Knowledge of community management practices and regulations
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and property management software
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Relevant certification or license in community association management is preferred
