The ideal candidate is an inquisitive person that possesses a deep level of critical thinking and research skills. Has a strong

eye for fashion trends and ability to keep their finger on the pulse of what is new and next. Ability and knowledge using

computer design software for presentation & special projects execution. Is open to taking directions and eager to learn

context and process needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • In partnership with Director of Concept, come up with internal visual presentations for Seasonal

Storytelling & Business Big Ideas

  • Interpret Conceptual storytelling & trend research to Visual Presentations
  • Work cross functionally with Visual Merchandising team to bring conceptual presentations to life
  • Work cross functionally with conceptual print, color & graphics team to incorporate surface elements

into seasonal presentations

  • Work cross functionally with merchant teams to understand seasonal focuses. Connect this information

to styling & room set ups.

  • Coordinate & manage team of freelance set designers to assist in presentation builds
  • Manage display budgets & vendors
  • Manage creation and distribution of all visual presentation tools and assets
  • Pattern visual retail stores regularly to mine for installations and activations
  • Maintain existing and develop new vendor relationships

Minimum Salary: $95,000.00

Maximum Salary: $144,375.00

VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.

Qualifications

Strong personal communication skills

  • Meticulous with a strong sense of attention to detail & thoughtfulness in their work
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Proficient in Sketch Up
  • Visual Building & Presentation Skills
  • Department developmental skills (organizational, leadership, training)
  • Ability to organize, multi-task, and quickly manage large and diverse workloads with changing

deadlines and priorities

  • Team player with the ability to lead and work autonomously and nimbly
  • Bachelor’s degree in design or equivalent experience
