Construction Project Coordinator - Remote | WFH

Join our team as a Project Coordinator (Development and Construction), where you will collaborate with the Sr. Manager of Development & Construction to drive our department's growth goals and shape the future of work at Industrious. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in overseeing projects from inception to completion, supporting our ambitious expansion plans across new locations.

This remote position welcomes candidates from New York, Chicago, or Atlanta.

Responsibilities

Manage project documentation to ensure accuracy, organization, and accessibility.

Coordinate initial project communications, including site visits, proposals, and correspondence.

Collaborate with external consultants to define project requirements, scope, and objectives.

Assist Real Estate, Design, and Construction teams in preparing for Investment Committee meetings by compiling and distributing essential materials.

Identify project challenges and propose effective resolutions or process enhancements to optimize team efficiency.

Facilitate project setup, including legal entities, cost-tracking, and invoicing using internal software platforms.

Support Development, Program, Design, and Project Managers by ensuring clear deliverables and timelines.

Assist with project budget setup and occasional maintenance.

Oversee project Tenant Improvement and financial closeout processes.

Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful project outcomes.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in Construction, Design Administration, or Business Administration with exposure to Commercial Development.

Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets; familiarity with Tableau and Airtable is advantageous.

Strong communication skills and the ability to foster relationships with stakeholders.

Excellent critical thinking and organizational abilities, adept at managing multiple priorities.

Experience In Fast-paced Environments Or Startups Preferred.

Ability to interpret technical documents and drawings is a plus.

Compensation

The annual base salary for this role ranges between $80,000 and $85,000, with additional bonuses based on individual and company performance.
