Construction Superintendent

Title: Retail Interiors Superintendent

Project locations: PALM BEACH COUNTY/BROWARD COUNTY/MIAMI - GC will aim to keep you within an hour of your home

Compensation: $90-125k base salary + benefits + truck allowance

Experience required: Will take anyone with Commercial Interiors/Restaurants/Retail/Hospitality

**Will be building out retail stores in malls.

Job Description:

• Collaborate with clients, Project Managers, and other construction management personnel to determine budgets and timelines.
• Manage a team of workers, including work schedules, project progress, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate materials and equipment delivery with vendors and suppliers.
• Provide on-site direction during construction preparation.
• Hire and assign work to subcontractors.
• Maintain a daily log of job site operations, reporting to management as necessary.
• Implement cost-effective and efficient management techniques.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, including OSHA standards.
• Perform quality control and safety checks.
• Make necessary operational changes to meet construction deadlines.
