Highly respected general contractor specializing in military and government projects has an immediate need for a Superintendent for medium-large vertical construction projects. Additional opportunities are available in VA, MD and FL.
Must be able to build and maintain excellent relationships with the client and subcontractors.
High school diploma and at least 5-7 years of experience as a Superintendent on renovation and/or ground-up vertical construction projects.
Work collaboratively with assigned Project Manager on all facets of the project from pre-construction meetings to post project documentation. Enforce safety and quality control per government specifications and contract drawings.
Federal construction experience is required.
Compensation: $120K-$140K depending on experience, car allowance/company vehicle, great benefit package to include healthcare. You do not have to be local. Travel/housing or relocation will be provided.
