Construction Superintendent, Civil Projects

Responsibilities:

• Lead technical and administrative management of large-scale projects from start to finish.
• Ensure on-time completion, contract compliance, and adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Motivate and supervise self-perform crews and subcontractors.
• Maintain project scope, budget, and schedule.
• Collaborate closely with the project team to streamline operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience working for a self-perform company and/or holding positions supervising crews performing site work, including managing day-to-day activities of subcontractors.
• Strong understanding of project scope, contract obligations, and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in commercial construction processes.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to complete I-9 requirements.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites.

Compensation for this position includes an attractive base salary commensurate with experience, variable bonus incentives, vehicle allowance, company credit card, and a comprehensive benefits package. The candidate may live anywhere in Central Ohio. Our client is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
