Job Description
Key responsibilities of the Consumer Regulatory Compliance Consultant include:
Monitoring the Bank's Consumer and Regulatory Compliance Management System to ensure compliance with federal and state consumer protection laws.
Assisting with risk assessments and compliance metrics.
Preparing reports.
Conducting branch compliance assessments.
Supporting internal audit and regulatory examination processes.

The Successful Applicant
The Consumer Regulatory Compliance Consultant should have the following background:
Bachelor's Degree (Law Degree preferred but not required)
Ability to work 5 days on-site in New York City.
Strong knowledge & experience within consumer compliance and regulatory laws.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to interpret regulations and write policies and procedures effectively.
