Role Description

This is a pivotal, full-time remote role for an in-house Content Creator reporting initially to the Head of Performance and then to our Content Strategist. In a world of brands with boring socials, we're looking for someone who understands how to make relatable, funny, yet authentic content for a brand.

• Performance: You will be given clearly defined goals and metrics to hit on organic to ensure you drive a large volume of consistent, high-quality views that drive consideration for Grüns gummies.
• Production: You will ideate and be responsible for seeing new organic ideas all the way through from idea to completion.
• Brand: You are in charge of finding creative ways to message our Brand Identity (that you will help build on and form) in a way that is much more relevant, fresh, interesting, and drives consideration.
• Reporting: You will report on key metrics that signal to you what pieces of content performed, and what didn’t, and communicate those findings

• You have a pulse on trends — not limited to just trending sounds, but more importantly, cultural, psychological, and societal trends
• You have a sense of humor and don’t get discouraged easily
• You view content through a strategic lens, always asking why something performed well for other creators and brands and how it can be applied to your content
• You can view and analyze content objectively, in both the eyes of a consumer and brand
• You know how to build a brand through content
• You know how organic content can play a huge role on overall revenue long-term
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High level of attention to detail
• Can assume responsibility and know how to put things in motion (because we give a lot of freedom!)
• Comfortable in front of a camera
