Content Production Specialist - Remote

Join our dynamic content development team as a Content Production Specialist! You'll design content layouts, update technology, support client requests, and use HTML to bring writers' documents to life in our Content Management System. You'll transform content with HTML coding and stock images to make it visually engaging. HSI will train you on our preferred software systems.

This is a remote position.

Responsibilities

  • Proofread and load content into Content Management System
  • Create, design, select graphics and stock images to enhance the visual appeal of the content for learners across the globe
  • Maintain multiple schedules of content delivery for a variety of clients
  • Read, interpret, and troubleshoot HTML coding independently
  • Assist with pre- and post-production of educational webcasts
  • Prepare and package content in various formats for client LMSs and other platforms
  • Manage translated content files in the admin system
  • Design and maintain customized content for customers
  • Ensure accurate record keeping of published content by tracking new additions and adjustments accordingly
  • Maintain digital library
  • Test and troubleshoot content and site enhancements across multiple platforms and modalities
  • Work closely with the content development and business development teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content
  • Develop and create brain challenge exercises
  • Demonstrate professionalism in all aspects of the role including collaboration and communication with all stakeholders
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Education And Experience

  • BA/BS degree in a related field or equivalent experience (Associate Degree or some coursework with 3+ years of work experience)
  • Demonstrated professionalism and strong work ethic
  • Working knowledge of HTML
  • Strong visual design skills and ability to select and coordinate impactful imagery
  • Experience working with Content Management Systems
  • Solid understanding of technical applications including MS Office
  • Confidence working in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent problem solving, creative thinking, and decision-making skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrates initiative
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an agile environment

This position has an hourly range of $44K-$52K USD. Where an applicant will ultimately fall within the stated range depends on a variety of factors, including, for example, geographic location and level of experience.
