Base pay range

The Content Publisher plays a pivotal role in ensuring effective content organization and scheduling across our brand’s various social and/or digital platforms. This individual will be responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of content, from scheduling and formatting to final publication and organization within the proper internal systems. The role demands a high level of organization to maintain consistent and timely content publishing on platforms such as websites, blogs, social media, and email newsletters. Reporting directly to the Social Media Coordinator, the Content Publisher will contribute to the strategic distribution of relevant branded content, in service of our larger marketing goals.


JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• A bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or related field is preferred.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in content publishing, digital or social media marketing, or a related field.

• Proficient in the use content management and digital publishing tools for websites, blogs, social media (ex: Sprinklr, Hootsuite or Sprout Social), and email newsletters. Specific experience in YouTube content management and publishing preferred.

• Strong editing and writing skills, with a keen eye for detail.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


JOB DUTIES

• Content Scheduling, Publishing, and Tracking

• Schedule and manage the end-to-end process of content publication across various digital or social media platforms natively or via our content publishing tool (ie: Sprinklr)

• Collaborate with Spark Studios and/or other internal or external team members ensure content is optimized for digital platforms prior to publishing.

• Monitor the performance of published content and make data-driven decisions to improve content strategies.

• Work with Spark Studios Social Coordinator and other relevant team members to maintain a detailed calendar to track and ensure timely content publication schedules.

• Provide feedback to Spark Studios and/or other internal or external team members to enhance content quality, engagement, and ensure compliance with legal guidelines.

Asset Management

• Works closely with Spark Studios to upload finalized assets to relevant systems (ex: CLH) to share with external agency partners (ex: Dentsu, Little Dot).

• Perform asset tracking and management duties for content residing within the internal hub (ISH), such as tracking content for expiration and renewing as needed, completing final asset intake, and sharing with relevant teams (ex: web team) for publication on website or storyhub.

• Stay updated with the latest trends in digital publishing and content management.

YouTube Operations

• Work closely with YouTube agency partner regarding upload and content troubleshooting.

• Work with relevant agency team members on YouTube content and community management approvals and channel health monitoring.


The salary range for this position is $62k minimum - $66k maximum per annum. Compensation varies depending on location, job-related factors such as experience, responsibilities, and business needs.
