Content Review Manager Responsibilities:
- Implement and enforce policies across various Virtual Reality App Review workflows, ensuring alignment with Meta’s standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to develop and implement creative solutions, such as machine learning and enhanced enforcement workflows, to improve content safety and quality.
- Analyze content trends to identify and prioritize issues, develop strategies, and inform policy enhancements to mitigate harmful content to users and the platform.
- Conduct complex Virtual Reality App Reviews that are escalated from vendor operations or internal teams (estimated ~20% of role).
- Provide clear, concise, and timely updates to executives and senior stakeholders on content review operations and strategic initiatives.
- Manage swift responses to content escalations, utilizing data-driven insights to implement effective solutions.
- Utilize SQL and/or advanced spreadsheet software to analyze data and drive strategic decisions and actions in content review processes.
- Oversee project management aspects, working effectively with both internal and external partners to enhance content review workflows.
- Maintain high standards of quality and safety, ensuring vendor teams comply with Meta's policies and review processes.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in policy, program management, operations, growth, internet technology, or an equivalent function, demonstrating a proven understanding of industry trends and best practices.
- Proven experience to juggle multiple projects and fluctuating deadlines while maintaining meticulous attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Effective communication skills, including the experience to clearly document complex bugs and the steps to reproduce them, as well as to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven developer advocacy skills, with proven experience helping app developers overcome challenges and providing guidance to help them succeed.
- BA/BS degree in a relevant field highly preferred, such as Business Administration, Operations Management, or Computer Science.
- Significant experience working in the technology industry, particularly in app review or trust and safety scaled operations, with a deep understanding of industry trends and best practices.

$101,000/year to $152,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
