Job Overview:

We are seeking a visionary and creative Content & Social Director to spearhead our social media strategy across TikTok and Instagram. The ideal candidate is a digital-native storyteller who lives and breathes social media and has a deep understanding of current trends, platforms, and audience behaviors. You’ll work with our incredible co-founding athletes and musicians, as well as a host of ambassadors and influencers to craft engaging, innovative, and on-brand content that drives growth and engagement. This position reports directly to the CEO and will expose you to the journey from startup to the wine brand everyone’s talking about. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute an engaging content strategy that aligns with our brand voice and drives engagement across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. Oversee content creation from concept to execution, ensuring a cohesive and compelling narrative across platforms.

• Creative Leadership: Inspire and lead a team of content creators, co-founding athletes and musicians, influencers and ambassadors. Provide creative direction and feedback to ensure content is fresh, innovative, and engaging.

• Platform Expertise: Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and emerging channels. Leverage a deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube algorithms and best practices to optimize content performance and drive growth.

• Analytics & Insights: Use data-driven insights to inform content strategies and campaigns. Work with the team to regularly analyze content performance, audience engagement, and competitor activity to refine and optimize strategies.

• Community Engagement: Foster a vibrant, engaged, and loyal community on social platforms. Work with our marketing team to guide and implement community management strategies to build relationships, increase brand affinity, and drive conversations.

• Innovation & Experimentation: Constantly push the boundaries of what’s possible on social media. Experiment with new formats, technologies, and creative approaches to keep our brand at the forefront of digital culture.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing, with a focus on TikTok and Instagram. YouTube experience is a bonus.

• Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns that drive growth and engagement.

• Strong creative vision and storytelling skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a team to produce high-quality, on-brand content.

• Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.

• Creative-bias - you’ll be joining a team of organized executors, so bring your creative flare above anything else.  

• Passionate about social media, digital trends, and pop culture.

• Experience working with influencers and creators, and a strong network within the digital community is a plus.
