Content Writer

Our client, a luxury real estate company, is looking for a Content Writer to join their team full-time!

**Candidates need to be New England based for occasional travel**

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a consistent brand voice across all company brands and properties. You will create content for website, email marketing, digital advertising, SEO/SEM, social media, and other written communications.

Key Responsibilities for the Content Writer include but are not limited to:

- Leading the content creation process, collaborating closely with the CMO, Creative Director, and field marketing teams

- Crafting compelling written content for sales and marketing channels, including emails, newsletters, blogs, websites, social media, and collateral

- Developing and managing editorial calendars for the brand and each property in partnership with field marketers

- Oversee and contribute to the brand and property social channels, with a focus on brand social content

- Supporting the President and executive team with corporate communications and new business development proposals

- Writing SEO-friendly content for the web, including ongoing blog updates

- Staying informed about trends in the private club, golf club, and luxury real estate industries

- Monitoring content analytics to inform strategy and drive continuous improvement.

- Collaborating with SEO and Analytics teams to maximize content effectiveness in digital channels.

Qualifications:

The ideal Content/Social Media Writer will have:

-5+ years of relevant marketing experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience

- Strong portfolio showcasing original branding, writing and editing skills

- Ability to travel to different locations periodically (avg. than 1x month)
