Contract Curative Landman

Olympus Energy LLC (“Olympus”) is seeking a Contract Curative Landman for immediate hire. The position will be responsible for curing title defects and negotiating leases in near-term shale units in Southwest Pennsylvania.

Job Responsibilities:

·       Review and interpret title opinions

·       Prepare curative documents

·       Engage and negotiate with landowners regarding leases and agreements

·       Facilitate and execute required curative actions and documents

·       Negotiate and secure mineral leases

Requirements:

·       5+ years of experience with land and/or title projects related to Marcellus and Utica Shale development

• Skilled with Microsoft Office products

·       Strong verbal and written communication skills

·       Lease agreement negotiation experience

·       Strong working knowledge and experience with land/legal documents, title opinions, and curative actions

·       Ability to exercise independent judgment and work collaboratively as a team member in a fast-paced, multi-task environment

·       High attention to detail

Preferred attributes:

·       Bachelor’s degree or above preferred

·       CPL, PA Notary preferred

·       Peloton Landview experience preferred
