Key Responsibilities:

As the Controller, you'll spearhead transformative initiatives, including:

• Taking ownership of cost accounting, revamping current guidelines and processes, and leading cost reporting and analysis.
• Guiding the team through the month-end close process, addressing accounting challenges, and delivering accurate financial statements on time.
• Active participation in the budget, forecast, and strategic planning processes.
• Providing insightful financial reporting to operations and production.
• Collaborating seamlessly with operations to ensure the accuracy of financials.
• Managing and nurturing the development of the accounting team.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Over ten years of accounting experience, showcasing previous leadership roles.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with exposure to project accounting or government contracts.
• Proficient in systems, including Excel and ERP systems.
