We are seeking an on-site Controller for our team in Logan, Utah. This is a full-time, in-office position with no remote or hybrid options. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in auditing and regulations, excellent analytical skills, and the capability to prepare documents and reports to facilitate seamless audits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily accounting operations: Treasury, A/P, A/R, and inventory tracking.
• Ensure compliance with loan covenants.
• Prepare monthly borrowing base certificates.
• Manage monthly closing procedures and general ledger accuracy.
• Collaborate with the Director of Finance to prepare financial statements for management.
• Assist in annual audit preparation and execution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years in an auditing environment and 1 year in a management role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in NetSuite or quick to learn.
• Skilled in making and justifying financial recommendations.
• Strong organizational and team management skills.
