As the Controls/Automation Supervisor, you lead by example, working alongside and coordinating Electrical Technicians within the manufacturing facility. Your maintenance expertise will contribute to meeting safety and quality standards while reducing waste and increasing productivity.
You Will
Troubleshoot industrial machinery including blowmolders, conveyors, injection molding machines, and palletizers
Design and install controls upgrades with Allen Bradley Micrologix, Compactlogix and Contrologix using RS 500 and 5000 software
Collaborate with internal partners and vendors to manage projects related to electrical maintenance
Participate in continuous improvement projects to meet production and customer needs
Foster positive team engagement and a culture of TPM, GMP and Safety
Lead the Electrical Technician team; ensuring they have the training, processes and procedures in place to effectively maintain and repair machinery and equipment
Contribute to the site’s cross-functional achievement of cost, delivery, quality, and reliability goals
You Have
Minimum of five (5) years of relevant controls or electrical technician experience required
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred
Demonstrated leadership experience; either through management of teams or projects
Experience troubleshooting industrial controls systems
