Job Title: Coordinator, Global Production – Rollouts

Primary Purpose: The Coordinator, Global Production will assist with rolling out fixtures and visual merchandising props to our global stores. The role will be based in our corporate office in New York City, with 3 days (Tuesday-Thursday) in office and 2 days working remotely.

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Global Environments Production to…

  • Assist the end-to-end process of global rollout projects.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including design, procurement, construction and visual merchandising to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Update project, budget trackers with the latest project information.
  • Issue purchase orders and reconcile invoices once a project is complete.
  • Work with suppliers to resolve any issues that arise, providing support and resources as needed to keep the project on track.
  • Collects and communicates project timelines, as well as highlighting any production delays/changes to the schedule
  • Follow up with suppliers, logistics and warehousing partners to ensure projects are on track.
