Copy Editor II – 4 Month Contract – Remote, United States – W2 ONLY

We are seeking a Copy Editor with 3-5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure consistency in style, tone, and quality across our website, manage content updates, and align assets with content standards and legal guidelines. This role involves editorial oversight of marketing projects and content creation for partner publications.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in content editing or a related area.
• Strong attention to detail in grammar, format, and layout.
• Ability to follow guidelines and work under supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with contributors to maintain content consistency.
• Develop and manage editorial plans and website updates.
• Review and edit technical content for tone and accuracy.
• Ensure content meets standards and legal guidelines.
• Create and adapt content for partner publications.
• Develop best practices for technical content authoring.
• Potentially document customer experiences and write case studies.
