Copywriter

Our client is seeking a dynamic and creative Copywriter to join their team. This role is ideally hybrid, but remote work may be considered for candidates in the same time zone.

As a Copywriter, you will be responsible for crafting engaging and compelling copy that resonates with our client's audience across various social media platforms. This includes writing captions for daily content, influencing copy for Facebook & Instagram Stories, and scripting live events. You will also support real-time engagement with fans and influencers, maintain brand voice, and translate marketing messages to match the social media landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write and edit concise, compelling copy that drives engagement
• Maintain brand voice and help define voice & tone for customer care teams
• Translate marketing messages to match the social media landscape
• Study and experiment with product across all categories to support product storytelling
• Collaborate with Brand Strategy, Organic Social, designers, and analytics teams
  
  
  

The ideal candidate will have strong conversational writing skills, a wide vocabulary relevant to social media, and the ability to adapt to different tones of voice. Knowledge of SEO is essential. You should be highly collaborative, creative, self-motivated, and able to work well under pressure. A portfolio highlighting experience writing standout content for a notable brand or retailer is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field
• 3-5 years of professional writing experience with a portfolio dedicated to concise communication and inspiring storytelling
• Excellent knowledge of best practices for Social Media
• Retail, fashion, beauty, and/or journalism experience preferred
• Proficient in MAC, Word, Keynote/Powerpoint, and Excel
  
  
  

This role supports the Organic Social team within the Omni Marketing organization, reporting to the Social Media manager. The team also includes Content Creators, an Operations Specialist, and dedicated analytics support.
