Lateral Link is partnering with a boutique corporate firm looking to hire a Junior to Midlevel Corporate Associate. The firm is looking for someone with experience handling corporate, private equity and M&A work, including venture capital, private equity and other financings, acquisitions and divestitures, licensing and general contract negotiation.

Frequently this firm attracts candidates coming from much larger law firms that are looking for work/life balance (1500 billable requirement). They will consider candidates both in Boston and NYC. This is the chance to work on sophisticated Big Law level work with more hands-on experience, better prospects with partnership and more reasonable hours.
