Corporate Transactional Associate

Seeking Corporate Transactional Associates looking to join a growing team! This AmLaw 200 opportunity is based in Connecticut and is hybrid.

Qualifications:

• at least 3 years of demonstrated corporate and transactional experience including due diligence, legal research, document drafting and negotiation in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate finance, and corporate governance matters. Candidates must be comfortable working directly with clients and managing substantial components of a broad range of corporate and transactional matters.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and advocacy skills
• Team-oriented mindset
• CT bar admission in good standing
